We are pleased to announce that on Monday, 11 August, during the 1st IIR International Conference on Refrigeration Adapting to Rising Temperatures in Manchester, UK, the ENOUGH project’s professional partners will have the opportunity to exchange experiences with students — to inspire and be inspired. This will take place during the dedicated Session 6: Future-Proofing Engineering Skills. The goal is to spark meaningful dialogue, foster mentorship, and share strategies to address one of the industry’s most pressing challenges: attracting, developing, and retaining the next generation of skilled talent.
