
Webinar: Advancements in freezing technology for a sustainable food chain
In ENOUGH we are demonstrating promising technological solutions to increase sustainability of the food chain. In the two upcoming webinars, advancements of some of the demonstrators in the project will be presented. The first webinar will take place December 4th, focusing on demonstrated freezing technologies. Several food products are perishable and highly depending on temperature control.
