Final EU ENOUGH Workshop
The EU ENOUGH Workshop marks the final event of the ENOUGH project — a day dedicated to tackling greenhouse gas emissions across the food supply chain and exploring scalable solutions to reach climate neutrality.
🔹 Please note: This event is separate from the 1st IIR International Conference on Refrigeration Adapting to Rising Temperatures, organised by the International Institute of Refrigeration (IIR) and held at the same venue on 11–12 August 2025.
🔍 About the ENOUGH Project
The ENOUGH project supports the EU Farm to Fork strategy and addresses the critical challenge of food-related greenhouse gas emissions, which account for 20–40% of global emissions. The project provides tools, methods, and practical demonstrations to help food businesses achieve climate neutrality.
🎯 Project Objectives:
-
Define pathways to climate-neutral food businesses.
-
Enhance sustainability across the food supply chain.
-
Inform policymakers, businesses, and stakeholders about innovative, low-emission solutions.
Through collaborations across Europe, ENOUGH has tested and showcased effective solutions at every stage of the food system — from processing and transport to retail and domestic consumption, focusing on meat, fish, dairy, and fruit & vegetable products.
