From 12 to 14 November 2024, the 38th International Conference of EFFoST (European Federation of Food Science and Technology), organised by KU Leuven and UGent, will be held in Bruges (Belgium). The theme of the conference is “Future Food Systems: Innovation through Progress at Scientific Interfaces”.

The event aims to advance the global goal of providing safe, nutritious and sustainable food to the world’s population, in line with the “One Health” concept defined by the WHO.

The ENOUGH partners will be there to present the project.
