The European ENOUGH project is approaching its conclusion. To mark this milestone, a final international workshop will be held on 13 August 2025 at the University of Manchester, followed by the annual partner meeting on 14 August 2025. These two days will focus on the decarbonisation of the food supply chain and explore how the project’s outcomes can be scaled up.

  • Andrea Voigt (Danfoss) on reducing emissions from refrigeration systems

  • Tim Thurman (Gluckman Consulting) on assessing global emissions in the food chain

• Panel sessions on:

  • Emissions from the European food sector (LSBU)

  • Technology roadmaps and modelling (LSBU, INRAE)

  • Technical vs political barriers (Universidad Jaume, University of Göttingen)

  • International initiatives, including in low- and middle-income countries (NTNU, IIR)

Final debate: What should we focus on next? Led by Graeme Maidment (LSBU) with ENOUGH partners.
