The 27th of May, the ENOUGH Retail Workshop at London South Bank University (LSBU) was arranged. The event brought together leading researchers, technology providers, and industry experts to explore innovative, sustainable solutions in retail refrigeration.

The workshop featured a range of insightful sessions covering topics such as the commercial refrigeration landscape, insights from UK refrigeration. CO₂-integrated supermarket systems, thermal storage solutions, carbon reduction strategies, heat recovery technologies, phase change materials and more.
The workshop ended with a debate on the role of supermarkets in reducing carbon emissions—sparking fresh ideas and paving the way for collaborative action toward a low-carbon future in retail. Thank you once again to everyone who made this event a success.
