This week the ENOUGH team had its yearly project meeting. 60 signed up for the hybrid meeting that took place at INRAE offices in Paris, France.
The participants got a warm welcome from INRAE and a tour at their extensive lab facilities. This included lab facilities related to two of the demonstrators of ENOUGH.
For the two days of annual meeting, the project participants got the chance to present results from all work packages so far, to look for even more links and cooperation between the different topics of the project. The meeting also included group work and brainstorming to ensure the full potential of the broad expertise within the food chain among the interdisciplinary ENOUGH team. Questions that were discussed varied from “how can we ensure outreach and impact of our results?” to “what will be important factors to explore when projecting future emissions from food chains?”.
After almost 3 years of project the ENOUGH team is proud to have a lot of exciting results, and are motivated and inspired for the time to come!
