We want to congratulate our project participant Elias Eid (LSBU) for winning the price “Best Student Paper Award” at the IIR International Conference on Sustainability and the Cold Chain (ICCC) in Tokyo, Japan.
His paper is based on work conducted in ENOUGH and is called “Modelling of energy use and greenhouse gas emissions from a food catering establishment”.
