On 21st and 22nd of March researchers from SINTEF Ocean, SINTEF Energy and NTNU had a workshop together with Rørosmeieriet (a Norwegian ecological dairy).
They discussed how ENOUGH can contribute to increase energy efficiency in the production plant. Development and innovation are needed to reach the goal Rørosmeieriet has set for becoming a climate neutral business. Several topics and solutions were discussed during the workshop, including increased use of surplus heat, thermal energy storage and high temperature heat pumps.
