The CFIA exhibition held last week in Rennes (France), brought together 1,700 suppliers of equipment for the food industries. ENOUGH was present and organised a session targeting the French food industry. The session was entitled “Strategies for decarbonising the Food Chain: The European ENOUGH project: tools and methodologies at the service of food manufacturers”. It was organised by our French partners ANIA (Ariane Voyatzakis) and INRAE (Graciela Alvarez and Denis Leducq).
The ENOUGH project was presented to an audience of nearly 50 people, with an illustration of the immersion freezing demonstrator as well as the tool for measuring the carbon impact of food chains.
