SINTEF Ocean and NTNU promoted ENOUGH during the NKM (Norsk Kjøleteknisk Møte 2022) meeting in Tromsø (Norway) on the 28 and 29th of April.
SINTEF Ocean and the Norwegian University of Science and Technology (NTNU) arranged a workshop for ENOUGH with Scandinavian industry representatives during the NKM 2022 event. The aim of this workshop was to show the role and aim of ENOUGH to reduce GHG emissions for the future food industry towards climate neutral businesses.
Discussions were held on how the Norwegian cold chain industry can contribute to climate neutral food processing in Europe and stimulate future projects related to the work within ENOUGH. Presentations were performed during the workshop including a status of ongoing activities as well as technical lectures.
