On 4 and 5 December 2023, the Food 2030 conference was held in Brussels. This event was organised by the European Commission.
ENOUGH, represented by Kristina Widell from SINTEF, took part in the conference, along with other projects from the Green Deal Food working group.
The main message delivered by the conference, and one that we should remember, is that we already have many of the solutions for resilient and sustainable food systems, but we must increase collaboration between policy and research. The projects were also challenged to be more creative in the dissemination of their results.
Meeting other projects will help ENOUGH to create synergies with its peers. By working together, they can achieve the resilient and sustainable food systems mentioned at the conference.
