The 15th of June, the Energy Day took place at the University of Birmingham, Dubai Campus. Dr. Xinfang Wang, member of the UKERC Research Committee, was invited to make a presentation about multi-vector energy storage, the Masdar Institute Solar Platform and the center for sustainable cooling. She also took the opportunity to present ENOUGH.
The Energy Day aims to identify current challenges, showcase novel solutions, and chart pathways towards decarbonizing the energy sector to tackle climate change, global warming and air pollution in the energy sector. The same goals as ENOUGH!
This Energy Day is part of the pre-COP 28 events: indeed, the COP 28 will be held in Dubai, from 30th November to 12 December 2023.
